When buying a home, completion and key collection do not always happen exactly at the agreed time. Delays can occur for a number of reasons, and we understand how frustrating this can be.

To give you added peace of mind, we offer a Late Key Waiver for just £100.

With the Late Key Waiver, you are covered for up to three hours in the event of access or key collection delays, helping to protect you from additional costs.

Without the Late Key Waiver

If you choose not to take the waiver, additional charges may apply if access is delayed. After the first 1.5 hours, the charge is £25.00 + VAT per person, per hour.
